Our next step is an AI receptionist. When you interact with AI, we’ll tell you. It won’t pretend to be Jonno, and there will be a clear route to a person when one is needed.

04 / MEET JONNO
A process person.
A builder at heart.
Jonno is an admitted solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and runs a funds-management and private-lending business. But the thread through it all is a love of making things work better.
Developing an operations portal for his own business, and working through the iterations with development teams, made something clear: building was more than a business necessity. He loved it.
No Staff comes from that same drive. The satisfaction of reducing friction. The next idea that appears once something starts working. And the willingness to keep improving it.
He enjoys working through the detail, so you don’t have to.
